How It Works

Getting started is refreshingly simple. Once you purchase a consulting package:

  1. We’ll send you a welcome email asking how we can help, and you can start using our expertise right away.
  2. From there, just reach out whenever you need help. We can work in your project platform (Slack, Teams, BaseCamp, etc.) or communicate via email – whatever works best for you.
  3. Use your consulting time in whatever way works best:
    • Quick video calls for specific problems
    • Email reviews of code or designs
    • Team Q&A sessions
    • Planning discussions

We keep things flexible and informal. Whether you need detailed feedback or quick answers, we adapt to your working style. Have an urgent question? Need a quick review? Just reach out.

Your consulting hours can be split into multiple sessions throughout the month. We’ll email you when you’re close to using your monthly hours so you can plan accordingly.

Need more hours occasionally? No problem. Additional consultation time can be purchased at your package’s hourly rate.

Hours Management

Your subscription hours roll over for one month, giving you flexibility in how you use your time. Hours reset every two months to ensure balanced availability for all clients.

Rates and Plans

We offer four subscription tiers, each providing significant savings over our standard technical consulting rate of $195/hour:

  • Entrepreneur ($170/hour): 1 hour/month for periodic guidance
  • Small Business ($150/hour): 3 hours/month for active accessibility work
  • Mid-Size Company ($135/hour): 5 hours/month for regular needs
  • Enterprise ($120/hour): 10 hours/month for comprehensive support

Service Terms

  • Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
  • Complete access to remaining hours during final month
  • Work through your preferred platform or email
  • No complicated dashboards or onboarding required
  • Additional hours available at your plan’s rate
